Sixth Street
Perched at the edge of the blue Pacific, this coastal residence interprets Mediterranean tradition through a lens of openness and light. Its massing is quietly articulated. Layered volumes, sheltered terraces, and deep overhangs shape a rhythm that responds to both street and sea. A restrained palette of plaster, wood, and steel-framed windows lends a sense of permanence, while expansive openings connect the interior fluidly to the outdoors. The plan is organized to elevate daily living toward the upper levels, where shared spaces unfold toward ocean views, gathering warmth, air, and light throughout the day. Outdoor rooms, including the gracious ground-level entertainment area and the expansive roof terrace, extend the home’s reach. The result is a house that feels grounded, yet thoughtfully attuned to its setting and to the quiet rituals of coastal living.
